Outdoor and online bootcamps, run through Bristol Bootcamp Company.

I have been a bootcamp instructor for over 12 years and can honestly say it is such a fun part of my job!

I currently offer early morning sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sessions start at 6:30 am and run for 45 minutes. I use a variety of kit such as, boxing gloves, exercise bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbells, battle ropes and so much more!

Online sessions run via zoom every Monday and Wednesday, starting at 6:15 pm and lasting 40 minutes.

Formats online are always diverse, involving bodyweight exercises and also weighted movement so a pair of dumbells are required. However don't worry if you don't own weights, baked beans or water bottles do the job too!

I run an evening class on a Tuesday and Thursday which both start at 6pm and run for 45 minutes.

All fitness levels welcome and equipment is all provided.

£6 per session, cash or online payment. PAYG so no need to book this session in advance.

Exercise was always something I made myself do, but if I’m honest, didn’t often enjoy. 10 years ago I joined Rachel’s early morning Bootcamp. It’s hard to explain how she carefully encourages and supports whilst still challenging everyone. She creates the same culture within the group. It’s never intimidating. People support each other other and push each other too. The huge variety of different formats keeps it engaging and fun. Rachel is a fundamentally kind and creative instructor - passionate about fitness and well-being. It’s been life changing for me!
