Hi, I'm Rachel and I've been a personal trainer for over 12 years working in the Bristol area.

I'm incredibly passionate about getting people exercising to increase not only their physical health but also to help their mental health which I believe has become a massive issue within our society.

I truly believe movement is medicine and its my job to guide you through sessions that help you meet your fitness goals and also strengthen your relationship with exercise. The more you move the more benefits you'll feel!

I work with various clients ranging from all ages. I do have a special interest in pre/post natal fitness and have trained many female clients either preparing for pregnancy, during pregnancy or post pregnancy. Offering guidance on essential exercises that ensure a strong core and pelvic floor.

In 2023 I also became a certified coach in treating, training and nurturing women going into perimenopause and menopause. It's a subject that for too long was ignored and now it's become very clear that exercise is a key ingredient for women during this time and can help manage alot of unwelcome symptoms that the lack of oestrogen brings.

I am currently studying for a level 3 diploma in supporting clients living with long term conditions as I feel exercise should be for everyone. It's about adaptation and making it work the for the individual.

I have been working with Rachel for almost a year; she has supported me though chemotherapy and adapted the sessions to my needs and energy levels, improving my conditioning overall and making me feel healthier.
